The Perfect Friday Night

 Okay, I left you hanging with my last post, didn't I? Lucky for you, nobody reads this blog and so nobody lost any sleep over it. The day before my class was to resume in-person learning, a new COVID case was diagnosed in the AM class. As it turned out, public health and the school board decided they didn't care and we were allowed out of isolation and returned to class. Thanks guys. Thankfully all has been good since then. Here's a recap of what has happened since my last blog post: I returned to work I got my vaccine I reacted poorly to the vaccine and spent two days in bed I've struggled to keep up with house work and am currently living in squalor (okay, not quite) (also, not much different than before my last blog post/isolation 😂) My in-laws brought over their old outdoor table and chairs. Get To Know Me // Part 1

    Just for fun, I figured I would do a "Get To Know Me" series! I found 100 questions on the Lindsay Lovin Life blog, and I am splitting the questions up and posting the answers over the next 4 weeks. Enjoy! 

1.    Are you a morning or night person? 
Neither! I love an early night followed by a late morning! The more sleep, the better.
2.    Are you afraid of the dark?
Not afraid, no. I don't like being in pitch black though.
3.    Are you an extrovert or introvert?
Definitely an introvert.
4.    Are you double jointed?
I used to be double jointed in my thumbs as a kid, but I'm not anymore.
5.    Are you left or right handed?
Right handed.
6.    Are you more of a tidy person or a messy one?
A tidy person trapped in a messy person's body. I try to be tidy but it just doesn't always happen.
7.    Are you on time or always late?
If I'm alone, I'm on time. If I have my kids with me, I'm 5 minutes late. If I have my husband with me, I'm 10 minutes late.
8.    Are you ticklish?
Quite!
9.    Can you curl your tongue?
Yes.
10. Can you ice skate?
I used to love skating as a kid. A few years back, I went skating with my cousin for the first time in YEARS and I think I'm too out of shape!
11. Can you wiggle your ears?
I can not.
12. Coffee or tea?
Not big on coffee on its own, but loooove me a latte, so I'll say coffee!
13. Cookies, cake or donuts?
All the above, please!
14. Did you ever participate in a talent show?
I played a song on piano as a child for a church talent show.
15. Did you go to prom?
Where I live, we don't really do "prom". We have graduation ceremonies though. I walked across the stage in high school to get the diploma, but didn't attend the ceremony.
16. Did you like school?
Hated it!
17. Do you believe in ghosts?
No I don't.
18. Do you bite your nails?
I try not to.
19. Do you consider yourself a good cook?
I'm actually not too bad.
20. Do you enjoy dancing?
Sometimes!
21. Do you enjoy DIY or crafts?
Live for them!
22. Do you forgive easily?
Ooh, tough question. I try, but it's hard.
23. Do you have a nickname?
Nikki, Snickers, Snickerdoodle.
24. Do you have any allergies?
Nope.
25. Do you have any phobias?
I wouldn't say phobias, but I'm quite afraid of spiders, snakes, and rodents.
