The Perfect Friday Night

 Okay, I left you hanging with my last post, didn't I? Lucky for you, nobody reads this blog and so nobody lost any sleep over it. The day before my class was to resume in-person learning, a new COVID case was diagnosed in the AM class. As it turned out, public health and the school board decided they didn't care and we were allowed out of isolation and returned to class. Thanks guys. Thankfully all has been good since then. Here's a recap of what has happened since my last blog post: I returned to work I got my vaccine I reacted poorly to the vaccine and spent two days in bed I've struggled to keep up with house work and am currently living in squalor (okay, not quite) (also, not much different than before my last blog post/isolation 😂) My in-laws brought over their old outdoor table and chairs. Pinspiration

    A new house brings out the urge to waste hours on Pinterest, looking for ideas and inspiration. The acreage land is extremely bare, which means it is a clean slate for us to make some back yard dreams come true.

    When I think of my dream acreage yard, a few points come to mind:
-must be EASY to maintain. I'm just really quite lazy and don't love yard work that much!
-I want to have a lot of privacy. There are currently no trees, which means we will be pretty exposed
-I want to bring the indoors outside. Comfy seating, shelter, etc..
-must be dog friendly. Perhaps it will have a nice dog house?
-my husband wants a pond. That will be fun, right?
-must have patio lights somewhere in the yard.
